Our Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We are able to offer returns or exchanges on any unopened products provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that our return and exchange policy only applies in the following cases:

  • Returned items must have tags and original seals still intact and must be returned unopened and in a resellable condition in the case of supplements or food & drink.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use in the case of clothing.

Please note that our return and exchange policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • If returned items do not have original tags and original seals still intact and are opened or are not in a resellable condition in the case of supplements.
  • If returned items have visible signs of wear or use in the case of clothing.

The exception to the above is the following:

  • Items damaged in transit to you - If you receive an item damaged on delivery, please do not open the product and send a photo of the item's damaged as it was received within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to info@mooslim.co.uk and once a member of our team has reviewed your information, you will be sent an identical replacement product - in the case that we are unable to send you the same product, you will be offered store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
